Only what the audit request form asks for: your business name, contact name, email, phone (optional), website (optional), current processor, monthly volume range, and the problems you tell us about. The rate calculator collects nothing — the math runs in your browser.
Processing statements are never uploaded to this website or sent to us by email. Statements contain sensitive data. If you proceed with an audit, you share statements directly with the processing specialist through his company's secure, PCI-compliant channel — never through Processing Signal. If a statement reaches us anyway, we delete it and point you to the secure channel.
Your request goes to one person: the independent processing specialist who performs the free audit. He uses it to prepare your audit and contact you about it. That's the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with data brokers, lead marketplaces, or other processors.
Form submissions are handled by Brevo (our email provider). You may receive emails about your audit request from leads@processingsignal.com. No newsletters, no drip campaigns, no third-party marketing.
Ask us to delete your information at any time: leads@processingsignal.com. We'll confirm deletion. If you never proceed with an audit, your request details are retained only as a record that the lead originated here.
