How your statement is handled

The short version: your statement never touches this website. Ever. Here is exactly how an audit works, step by step.

1. This website collects no documents

The audit request form asks only for contact basics — business name, who's processing your cards today, roughly how much you run per month, and what's frustrating you. There is no upload field anywhere on this site, and we never ask you to email a statement to us. The calculator and the Junk Fee Spotter run entirely in your browser; nothing you type into them is sent anywhere.

2. The specialist arranges a secure channel

If you request an audit, the processing specialist who performs it contacts you and arranges for you to send your current statement directly to him, through his company's secure, PCI-compliant channel — the same kind of channel processors use for underwriting documents. Your statement goes from you to the specialist. Processing Signal is never in the middle of it.

3. What a statement shows — and what it doesn't

A monthly processing statement shows fee totals, rates, and line items — that's what the audit reads. It does not contain your customers' full card numbers, and you should never send anyone your bank login, your processor portal password, or full card numbers from receipts. If anyone ever asks you for those, stop — that is not how a legitimate audit works.

4. If a statement reaches us anyway

If a statement is ever sent to Processing Signal by mistake, we delete it and point you to the specialist's secure channel instead. We do not store, forward, or work from statements sent to this site or to leads@processingsignal.com.

5. Your request details

The contact details from the form go to exactly one person — the specialist performing your audit — so he can prepare it and contact you. We never sell or share them. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask for your information to be deleted at any time: leads@processingsignal.com.
